In the course of our contingency and contract talent acquisition we were asked by clients to provide a solution to the start-up, recently funded company needing to hire many people quickly. How could they find top talent without paying contingency fees or hiring multiple recruiters and trying to run their own staffing firm?

 

While initially providing recruiters onsite, we realized that a tremendous savings and efficiency could be effected if we enabled our most senior recruiters the ability to work, eliminated their commute and provided them premier recruiting tools on behalf of the client directly.
