A Senior Recruiter will manage the project. They will meet via video conference with hiring managers. A dedicated, experienced recruiter focused only on your reqs is also assigned to your project. All candidates submitted will be entered into your ATS and owned by you! Our team has access to all modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, HireTual, Dice, Monster and Careerbuilder) for searching and for posting your positions! They also have access to our proprietary database of talent, built over the last 20 years of operations!
If you are feeling overwhelmed or don't have time to manage a recruiting team, we have that covered! Pop-Up Talent can provide a "Director of Staffing (DoS)" to come in and set up your platform for long term success. They will assist with ATS selection (We have vast knowledge in most major ATS including Greenhouse, Lever and JobVite. We will work with hiring managers to ensure accurate job req creation, formalize interviewing process and hiring guidelines, and get the recruitment ball rolling. This "DoS" can come with a sourcing team as well so as not to delay the finding of top talent while the other issues are being addressed. Once the platform is set, then a transition to our hourly recruiting service will be enabled by the DoS to ensure continuity. This is billed on an hourly or project basis (never a commission or fee per hire)

We will provide your current recruiter or recruiting team a steady flow of targeted, interested candidates pre screened to fit your reqs.. We will utilize all our resources to source, screen and qualify top talent. We then will pass along to your recruiter (or input directly into your ATS).
We have found through our model a typical recruiter will become 33% more efficient in working your reqs. They will spend more time talking to candidates that are a technical/skill fit, are interested in the company and job location and less time talking with people that are just not a fit!
In this highly stressful time and tremendous uncertainty, we ensure you have the ability to increase or decrease the work you need done at a moments notice.
We are here to support the clients need, not bill a minimum number of hours. When you need more power, we can ramp up within a days notice. When you need to conserve capital and stall hiring for a bit, we can ratchet back. This is your call, at anytime!
